I have been interviewed by 10-20 tech companies, including FAANG. Bloomberg provided the worst interview experience.

First, recruiters were from different headhunter companies, so each HR had a different application process, which was very confusing.

They also pushed me during the process, making me choose a date for a phone interview within a week. They did a ton of follow-up and called unexpectedly, which was both good and bad.

The worst part is that Bloomberg never reimbursed my travel expenses. After following up three times, the HR promised I would see the payment by a certain date, but that turned out to be a lie again and again.

The whole process was extremely unprofessional.

Phone interviews are easy.

On-site interviews range from medium to hard.
