Software Engineer Interview Experience - New York, New York

Process

The hiring process is straightforward.

  1. Phone interview: You'll be asked to code on HackerRank. It seems they don't really care about your resume. They only asked what CS classes I took (perhaps because I am an EE student).

  2. Onsite interview: This consists of four rounds: two technical, one manager, and one HR.

    • Technical rounds: You'll be asked to code some questions. All these problems can be found in LeetCode, CTCI, or EPI. If you can solve those problems, you can pass the technical rounds easily.
    • Manager round: You'll be asked to code and talk about projects on your resume.

The interviewers are really nice.
