Pros: Working here made me better at two things: programming and interpersonal relationships.
The programming environment requires levels of visualization and planning that I've never had to deal with before. Relationships with co-workers parallel that.
The key to success at BBG is to be useful to others, however and whenever they require it. It's an open floor plan for a reason!
Cons: The teams and projects I worked with were high stress with high stakes. That kind of pressure isn't for everyone. I enjoyed it, but I saw people leave because they had difficulties dealing with it.

Pros: Very helpful environment, especially the training every new hire goes through.
People are very helpful.
They invest in you for the long run.
Cons: Distance between people and not that much of company events.
Very bad lunches, if even served.
