There were three panel interviews.
Each interview had two interviewers.
Two of these interviews were technical, and one was with HR. The technical questions asked were unique and challenging. I needed a hint and used it.

Pros: Working here made me better at two things: programming and interpersonal relationships.
The programming environment requires levels of visualization and planning that I've never had to deal with before. Relationships with co-workers parallel that.
The key to success at BBG is to be useful to others, however and whenever they require it. It's an open floor plan for a reason!
Cons: The teams and projects I worked with were high stress with high stakes. That kind of pressure isn't for everyone. I enjoyed it, but I saw people leave because they had difficulties dealing with it.

Really Bad Senior Management in Engineering

Pros: Pantry.
Nice office.
Friendly people.
Cons: Go quickly alone, but go far together (with collaboration).
I have seen a colleague do this and collaborate on a solution with several teams for a year and still not deliver anything. This is the new norm.
There is so much spyware on my laptop (installed by the company) that I have to reboot a few times in the morning to actually be able to start up the Bloomberg terminal on my company laptop.
