They missed the phone interview. It seems the interviewer forgot about the interview. I waited for about 30 minutes and sent an email to HR. Thankfully, HR responded quickly. We scheduled another appointment.
I felt uncomfortable during the interview because the interviewer interrupted me multiple times and interfered with my solution. This caused me to lose my concentration, so I couldn't perform well.
