The first round was a phone screen. The interviewer initially asked some behavioral questions:

• Why Bloomberg?
• Why this position?
• Why Software Development Engineer?

Then, they continued with a series of basic questions regarding lists, linked lists, trees, and so on, until I could no longer answer. Finally, the interviewer presented a coding question.

   • List
   • Hash table
   • Tree
   • Hash algorithm
   • Sort algorithm
   • Binary search algorithm
