The interview process for this role was awful.

I hated the entire process from the start because my interviewers were very unprofessional:

• Rescheduling minutes before my interview
• Being late
• Ghosting unless I made the effort to check in and send emails myself

I received an offer, but I declined because I had such an awful experience that it really tainted my perception of the company.

This level of ineptitude is honestly appalling, and on top of that, the entire process lasted four awful months, which is just terrible.
