Pros: People are generally very nice and supportive.
Chill, the London office is pretty good. Compensation for a recent grad is reasonable.
There are a reasonable amount of learning opportunities for a new grad.
Cons: Legacy tech everywhere. If you are a techie, then you won't be very satisfied in this place, as there's not a lot of hard-core tech for you to work on. Being on the bleeding edge tech-wise is never Bloomberg's priority, despite them trying hard to convince you of a strong engineering culture.
