Process
A brief phone screen with three questions (~45 minutes) preceded an on-site interview scheduled for the following week.
At the on-site, two technical hour-long interviews were conducted, each featuring two questions. The technical challenges focused on fairly basic data structures and algorithms, including trees, lists, and hash tables.
Following the technical sessions, there was an HR interview, and finally, a managerial interview to determine the best placement. It seemed the decision had already been made at this point.
Everyone was very friendly, and the offer was received in under a week.
