I was contacted through a career fair for a phone screening. Overall, the interview process was very streamlined, and I felt it was extremely fair. I was unfamiliar with Hackerrank, and I think this cost me, but otherwise, I had no complaints. My interviewer even shared his contact information with me and was willing to critique my interview after I did not receive an offer, which was extremely helpful.
