I don't think they have any headcount for a new grad SWE role. HRs are just sending interviews for KPIs.

Applied in mid-September, with no update until mid-October.

The interview process included:

• A one-hour Zoom call with a HackerRank component.
• Approximately 10 minutes for introductions.
• Approximately 45 minutes for two LeetCode medium problems, both with follow-up questions, requiring identification of time and space complexity.
• Five minutes for Q&A.

1-hour Zoom + HackerRank:

• ~10 min introduction
• ~45 min 2 LeetCode medium problems (both with follow-up)
  • Need to identify time & space complexity
• 5 min Q&A
