Software Engineer Interview Experience

Process

The on-campus interview lasted 45 minutes and included two interviewers.

Approximately 15 minutes were spent reviewing my resume and projects. While this was helpful, one interviewer asked for a detailed explanation of one of my projects. Since he lacked significant background in the topic, I believe this took too long and detracted from the time available for other questions and coding challenges.

My impression was that they aimed to cover two algorithm/coding questions within 30 minutes, leaving time for candidate questions. I felt this was somewhat unreasonable.

Additionally, one interviewer initially guided me toward an incorrect solution, which was a bit frustrating.
