Process
It was okay. The questions were all manageable, but it's hard to pinpoint what they look for.
It seems as though they do want you to get the correct answer, but not too fast. If you answer too quickly, they will grill you harder.
Similarly, you need to be on the same pace as the interviewer. One of them was able to understand my explanation and answer fast enough, but the other one had trouble understanding the solution to his own question.
