Pros: The teams here all work on really interesting tech problems in the CS world. There are teams working on distributed systems, NLP, ML, and more. Everyone's very friendly and open. For engineering, they don't expect you to know anything about finance beforehand, but there's still so much interesting financial knowledge you can pick up just by going around and talking to other employees. Company structure is very flat, so even as an intern, you can have discussions with your team lead, their manager, and even the head of the entire division. The scope of the intern projects is vast, and you're given a lot of responsibility and ownership over your project from the very beginning (in contrast to many other companies who tend to spoonfeed interns).

Cons: Everyone is usually fairly busy, and sometimes it can be hard to get hold of team members who are swamped with meetings and deadlines. Everyone is still usually happy to help you if you ask politely, though.

Pros: - Good company culture. - Great pay and benefits. - Free breakfast, snacks, and sometimes dinner. - Great work-life balance. - Relaxed atmosphere.

Cons: - Lots of legacy code; rushing out new features was more important than fixing old infrastructure. - No on-site canteen for lunch.

Pros: The company is flexible under the current situation and extremely supportive. Lots of opportunities for growth.

Cons: No real cons for me. Like other big companies, your experience is highly dependent on your team and project, so ymmv. My project was very well suited to the interests I expressed.
