Phone screen - incredibly arrogant and not friendly interviewer.
Loudly sipped on coffee while cutting me off during the interview. From what I heard initially, Bloomberg is very friendly and collaborative; I experienced the total opposite.
I interviewed for the NY office, and the interviewer called in via cellphone LATE with very choppy connections. I had to pivot and adjust to another platform for the interview.
I passed all the test cases, as I solved the two algorithms/data structures questions. I decided this company was not a fit for me and finally withdrew my application. I personally reached out to the recruiter to ask for an interview, got one, and never received any further communication.

A lot of internal forks of third-party projects or dated Bloomberg implementations of existing tech (related to the above, fortunately changing). Normal trappings of internal politics expected of large organizations.
