Process
The interview process began with an on-campus technical interview, followed by a second technical interview the next day. The following week, there was a technical/fit interview and an HR interview. The entire process was completed in under a week.
Technical interviews were conducted with two software developers at a time. During these interviews, candidates were asked between two and five questions. The interviews were challenging, but the interviewers were friendly and provided hints when needed. The recruiter was also very friendly.

Normal trappings of internal politics expected of large organizations.
