Process
The first round was a phone interview conducted on HackerRank with an engineer.
The first 5-ish minutes were spent discussing the engineer's role and the various teams at Bloomberg.
This was followed by 45 minutes of HackerRank coding challenges.
Finally, there was a bit of time allocated for questions at the end.
Questions
Two LeetCode mediums, although I can't remember what they were. Both involved hashmaps/hashsets.

Pros: Loved the people, and the snacks! A great company to do an internship with!
Cons: None I can think of. The pay is fairly good, but maybe not as good as some other companies might provide.

Pros: Great offices with a great kitchen (snacks, drinks, breakfast).
Feeling of being plugged into an amazing communications network 24/7 (also a con).
Ask for more responsibility and you'll get it (be careful how much you ask for).

* Good at spotting and rewarding talent
* Great focus on environmental issues, carbon footprint and recycling
* Great benefits

That 24/7 plugged-in feeling works both ways.

Technology not cutting edge (unless you're very talented and able to push something new).
Lots of maintenance of existing systems.
Types of work, job satisfaction, and colleagues are very dependent on which team you join.
