The first stage was a phone screen technical interview where I was introduced to what the company does and what the interviewee does. They asked me some basic questions about myself to ease me into the interview (10 minutes).
The rest of the interview was spent on the algorithm question (~50 minutes).

Pros: Benefits and salary are good.
Cons: Horrible environment and unprofessional junior team leads. HR is not supportive and does not care about the mental health of the employees.

Pros: Great offices with a great kitchen (snacks, drinks, breakfast).
Feeling of being plugged into an amazing communications network 24/7 (also a con).
Ask for more responsibility and you'll get it (be careful how much you ask for).
* Very intelligent and interesting work colleagues
* Good at spotting and rewarding talent
* Great focus on environmental issues, carbon footprint and recycling
* Great benefits

Lots of maintenance of existing systems.
