Had a phone call with an engineer who asked a CoderPad question. The experience was punctual and overall good. The interviewer was polite and helpful. They also asked about my resume projects, which became very technical.

Pros: Loved the people, and the snacks! A great company to do an internship with!
Cons: None I can think of. The pay is fairly good, but maybe not as good as some other companies might provide.

Pros: - Lots of great training; they really spare no expense in inviting some of the best people in software to come and train their employees.
- New graduates are given 11-14 weeks of software training, with emphasis on C/C++ and also Bloomberg proprietary technologies.
- Beautiful offices.
- Talented employees.
- Great employee benefits.
Cons: - Still more of a financial company than a technology company, despite trying very hard.
- The emphasis on rapid code deployment can really diminish the quality of code.
