Pros: Loved the people, and the snacks! A great company to do an internship with!

Cons: None I can think of. The pay is fairly good, but maybe not as good as some other companies might provide.

Pros: Work-life balance is great; so is the pay.

Cons: Mentorship is limited; there's a lot of legacy work.

Pros: Very good hours. Nice and helpful team members. My team members are intense during the working hours, but they all keep an 8-hour working schedule. The culture is very nice and welcoming. Everyone is very willing to help. Great transparency. Flat structure. Mike Bloomberg came to talk to all the interns. You feel that they are really encouraging new, innovative ideas, being bold, and asking questions. A lot of very fun intern events (in fact, too many that I sometimes don't have enough time to work XD). Not hard to get a return offer. I'm not sure why some interns said it's hard, but at least it's not hard for developer interns. The summer picnic is really AWESOME and a lot of fun. Very good hourly wage for interns too.

Cons: If you don't like New York, the location might be a con. It's also not as geeky as Google or other big tech firms. But everyone is very nice and hardworking. And everyone can easily fit in since people are very diverse there. No free lunch, but there's free dinner if you stay late.
