I had a technical phone interview first. I was asked two questions, and it took less than an hour.
Afterwards, I was invited to attend the onsite interview (virtually).
During the virtual interview, there was a connectivity issue that took around 15 minutes to fix. I wasn't given extra time for that.
The first interviewer was not patient and made faces while I was explaining my solution approach. The second interviewer was nice but very difficult to understand. However, he asked how I would rate my skill in C++ (my coding language for the interview). I said 7. He didn't ask any questions from C++.
In the rejection email, I was told to increase proficiency in the language of coding.
Out of 10, how would you rate your C++ skill?
