The pay is decent, and there are 100% medical benefits for the entire family.
Lots of old, legacy code to deal with and the use of a proprietary API. There's no privacy and no cubicles at all. Everything is an open area, like a trading floor. It's hard to concentrate when you hear and see everything. Too much politics.
