Definitely worth adding to your list
Bloomberg has a very diverse and inclusive culture. Salary and benefits are good. There are many internal communities for connecting with like-minded people. The work itself is on the intersection of market data and news in many cases. Software development skills are appreciated in many departments, not just the Engineering departments.
Roles and promotions are sometimes limited by location, as the company is very New York-centric. Outside of that, it focuses on London and Hong Kong for some roles.
