It's an okay place to work. They provided three months of training before you actually start, and you have free food.
Sometimes you must work long hours; it's up to you. The longer you work, the more they like you, it seems.
Provide more challenging work to your employees. Hopefully, they will change the work environment at Bloomberg from a sweatshop workplace to something more fun.
