Training is so helpful, and I gained a lot of knowledge in CS and finance. The pay is okay for a first job.
Old technologies and many old guys.
Have to debug Fortran, even Pascal code sometimes. You will not be able to keep competitive if working in such a company.
Apply new technology to your product. Treat engineers better.
