Bloomberg treats its employees extremely well, with excellent benefits and compensation. The development work is varied, with many different technologies in use, even ones that do pretty much the same thing. This is primarily due to the company's size, as it is hard to have a coordinated approach. So, it really depends on the sub-group that you end up in. It is also possible and relatively easy to switch groups within the company if the timing is right.
There are some fairly old software stacks in there, so be aware. C++ was a common language, but they were moving to Java and Scala in 2019-2020.
Extremely well organized when it comes to processes and setting up projects, etc. But it also means that if your project is attempting to use newer, unused technologies, then it can be a challenge to get them introduced.

5 interview rounds: 3 LeetCode, 1 HR, 1 EM. LeetCode rounds are simply tagged as LeetCode. The HR round consists of standard behavioral questions. The EM round is a deep dive into one specific project and the challenges you encountered.
1 technical phone screen, 2 technical in-person interviews (LeetCode questions), 1 HR, and 1 EM round. For the EM round, I was asked about past projects and to explain a random topic.
Multiple rounds of technical interviews. Didn't get passed round one despite answering all the questions and any followups they had. It was two LeetCode questions, and you would write out your code on a HackerRank interface.
