Good work-life balance.
The Princeton office has (or had at the time) the perks of meals and snacks.
People are generally pleasant to be around, and there didn't feel like a toxic culture.
- Not lots of upward progression.
- You usually answer to business units with somewhat trivial asks.
- Didn't really learn too much on the job that benefitted me afterwards.
