A dental plan, if you can't afford them, you can get cinema tickets and coffee for free, six months fully paid maternity/paternity leave, a nice office, plenty of talented people, and good internal financial education materials.
Corporation, no chances for real remote work in the future, no real private health care (only perks for a "healthy lifestyle"), average/poor managers are the norm, no technical path (only people management). They say a lot about doing the right thing and equality, but they lack in those areas themselves. They tend to invest a lot into average projects (e.g., multiple teams working on a project for a year that can be replaced with one script created overnight).
