Good benefit, but irrelevant tech stack
The benefit is really good with a top-tier 401k. The work-life balance is good, not great, among finance companies.
Tech stack is very irrelevant. They lag behind in cloud computing, ML, and mobile technology. All makes sense when the majority of your customers were born in the 70s.
