- Strict hybrid (3 days in office) - absolutely hate it!
- Lack of documentation
- No GitHub Copilot or any tool that connects to the internet
- 20 days of vacation is okay, but not great
- No free food in the office
- No canned beverages in the office (especially upset about the lack of energy drinks)
Make hybrid policy more flexible.
