Open communication and a flexible work environment on the software development side. Great offices and very good perks. Very fair (good) compensation. A startup-like approach to handling new projects.
The work hours are fairly inflexible. Working from home is very much discouraged. The employee time tracking system is fairly annoying, and there's no flexibility on the amount of holidays you take.
Communication of senior management strategy should happen more often. Get a handle over the conference room reservation system to avoid abuse by HR!
