Very efficient, large organization
I've worked at small and large companies before, but the way Bloomberg operates is very unique.
Just about everything can be accomplished through the terminal. The onboarding process is very well thought out and executed. I was up and running in no time.
Being in such a large organization, it's sometimes difficult to understand exactly what piece of the puzzle you were hired to fit into. This part of my new hire experience was a bit confusing, but that probably has more to do with my specific R&D department.
Keep up the good work in running the most successful tech company out of New York.
