Decreasing value year-over-year to my career. Developer management cares only about themselves and not their employees (I saw this in several groups). The company is overrun by suits trying to run software groups with too much influence on week-minded software developer managers. Heavy use of Fortran and proprietary tech. Spend more than a few years at this company and you will not be employable elsewhere.
