An OK place to work, overall limited growth
Can have access to several different business areas. Easy to transfer between groups. Not very pushy in dating projects. Good place to learn critical thinking.
A lot of proprietary stuff, hard to learn new things. Limited growth avenues. Uninspiring management - more interested in control than in overall growth.
I think they need to work outside of Bloomburg and get some external perspective of things.
