- Great to know that so much of our profit goes towards philanthropic endeavors, prioritizing D&I.
- A true 9-to-5 workday; anything else you put in is up to you (might be team/group-specific, but I haven't heard anything different).
Everything that follows is based on working on the Terminal, but there are many other roles in the company where this does not apply (most web-based teams).
- The Terminal does not use open-source technology and is stuck with a lot of proprietary technologies that could be improved upon.
- It can be a bit of turning the Titanic around when it comes to serious technological improvements.
- Clients are set in their ways (have been using it for 30+ years), which makes decisionmakers resistant to change.
The terminal should be web-based. It's 2022!
