Saw a lot of layoffs among people working for over 10 years, and that uncertainty looms like dark clouds over a majority of co-workers as they approach the 10-year mark.
That is probably responsible for a lot of negativity within co-workers. This lowers the morale among new employees and dampens the overall work spirit.
