There is a lot of opportunity for new grads to learn in Bloomberg.
It's a start-up environment with a fast development cycle, especially useful for new grads.
There are a few bad parts as well. Location is one of them. It's good for the early stage of life, but it is hard for family life while working in NY city. A bit of time goes for the commute. In general, work-life balance is an issue.
My advice would be:
To expand and allow people to move to the Princeton office. It's far easier to save some time that way.
