I have been there for over 20 years and have had a chance to learn different technologies and contribute to meaningful, successful products in portfolio analytics and other departments.
We have to compete against some pretty large and successful companies for talent.
Some of our technology is homegrown, and so support and documentation can be limited compared to an open-source framework.
We need to hire more talent, especially with the layoffs from companies in NYC.
