Nice people. Good management.
Engineering management is good.
After a few years, the growth is stagnant. HR is the worst in my experience. Remote work is impossible in this company as of this writing.
Get better HR. They simply don’t know how to handle individual situations and are simply by the books. Robots or AI can do a better job.
