Thankfully, internal transfers are highly encouraged, so if you're on a team that you don't jive with, you can find another one, and everyone's cool with it.

Bring back lunch!! People waste so much time leaving the office to get food every day. Having lunch in the office was a big motivator for me to come 5 days a week; now I'm more likely to just do the minimum 3 days.
