Young, dynamic workforce. With so many talented people around, you get to learn a lot. Perks and salary are the best in the area. The biggest benefit of working in the Princeton office is you don't have to commute to the city and you can enjoy social life in NJ.
Management is not investing in new ideas. There is too much focus on the Terminal product, and I understand that's what gets you money, but due to that, there is not much innovation in the company.
