Compensation, fringe benefits, and a culture that allows for movement around the enterprise. The company values are amazing and are a reflection of Mike's values. The company is working hard to pivot as more automation is changing the finance industry.
Hours can be brutal.
9hr shifts for most, and 10hrs for many others.
Collaborative work spaces are very distracting. If you're not a programmer, your technical career is limited.
