Great atmosphere, wonderful people, excellent perks. Very good training program for fresh recruits to catch up to company operations standards.
As with most of the financial-tech space, much of the tech stack is quite outdated, and imbuing any new ones takes time. They become quite mature or even outdated by the time they're part of the workflow.
Four rounds of onsite interviews. The building is beautiful, and the people are nice. You will need to sit in a room waiting for the next round of interviews to begin. You will have plenty of time between interview rounds.
The interview was 45 minutes long and conducted on HackerRank. The interviewer asked data structure questions. It wasn't too difficult, and they offered coaching if you got stuck. Overall, it wasn't too bad.
They first ran through my resume and asked about my co-op job, then about the C++ projects I had mentioned. They asked me a few conceptual C++ questions, in particular, about: * Copy constructors * Data structures * Checking for a number in an array
