Good work-life balance, pay is on average, and a nice office.
Low pay when you are senior.
The process involves three rounds of coding. After the first round, there will be a back-to-back interview lasting two hours. I only made it to the third round. The interviewers were really nice, but the third round was super, super hard.
One round phone interview followed by two rounds of onsite interviews. A total of three questions were asked in the onsite rounds. HR was scheduled next but the candidate did not qualify. Medium difficulty questions can be expected.
Had a 1-hour interview. It was split into two parts: * Half behavioral questions and resume review * Half unique, non-standard coding problems Overall, it was a neutral experience. I engaged with questions for the interviewer at the conclusion
