A decent place to work for life
Decent compensation. Many interesting perks, like free admission to museums and an annual picnic. The company culture is on the laid-back side, as a financial company. This should be an ideal "last job" for anyone.
The technology used in Bloomberg is pretty boring. In my group, we use a little bit of everything, and the problems we work on are usually pretty shallow from a technology point of view.
More transparency in employee performance reviews would be nice to have.
