Friendly, Responsive, But Flat
They treat interns really, really well! I was previously a Meta intern and thought Bloomberg people were much friendlier and responsive. They were also less political with performance reviews. :)
A flat hierarchy is a blessing and a curse. There's no climbing the corporate ladder, but I'd imagine there might be a feeling of stagnancy if you stay for long.
