Their technology stack is improving; also, work-life balance seems to have shifted favorably in recent years.
Above all, they offer steady, although not steep, career progression and plenty of opportunities to move teams and try new things.
The organization can seem stiff at times. Also, some teams seem to be too focused on delivering features at the cost of code quality and increasing technical debt.
Be a bit more relaxed. And do not take away the hybrid working.
