Not pushing. I nearly never need to work overtime (I cannot guarantee this for all teams). Most people are nice and helpful.
No stock, but the base salary is not bad, and benefits like medical/dental are good.
The technology is generally a bit out of date and is hard to update. Actually, the atmosphere is: "You will know that we will never update our core code and technology."
Take the courage to do the fundamental and fatal upgrade for the code base.
Or the dominance of Bloomberg might start fading.
