- They use very old technology (Fortran and C).
- Everything is homegrown and proprietary, and it doesn't work well. The infrastructure is full of bugs.
- Inexperienced and not-at-all-worthwhile managers.
- They want to do everything in a hurry, pushing you out of your limits.
- Long, long working hours, often pushed by managers.
- No recognition for hard work.
- Proprietary DB/UI framework; everything is from the Stone Age and full of bugs, making programmers' lives hell.
- Hectic work environment.
Kick out those managers and hire somebody from outside.
