- Good mentorship and good managers really help you learn.
- Pay is good and all cash.
- Big company that doesn't layoff.
- Good culture.
- Benefits are top-tier.
The tech stack is outdated and is solely used within the company. Experience varies among teams. Limited growth, it's hard to get a promotion or become a manager. It doesn't pay well for seniors compared to similar companies.

Software Engineer
Multiple rounds of technical interviews. Didn't get passed round one despite answering all the questions and any followups they had. It was two LeetCode questions, and you would write out your code on a HackerRank interface.
